Disable the corresponding ports for Bluetooth and WiFi in the BIOS

1.Quieter 3 series, Quieter 4 series, PCG02 Pro , Quieter HD 3, Overclock series AND WiFi module is Intel AX201、AX101 or AC9560

Press the power button and press Delete continuously to enter into BIOS Setting menu.

Select Advanced→Connectivity Configuration→CNVi Mode→Enter to Select Disable Integrated

Then go to Save & Exit -> Save Changes and Exit -> Enter and select Yes to complete this setting. or press F4 Save & Exit.

2.Quieter 3 series, Quieter 4 series, PCG02 Pro, Quieter HD 3, Overclock series AND WiFi module is Realtek 8852BE

Go to Device Manager to check the port numbers for Bluetooth and WiFi.

Press the Windows key + R key on the keyboard.

In the Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc and press the Enter key.

Check the port number of the WiFi.

Network adapters→double click “XXX Wireless xxx”→Details→Property→Select BIOS device name

As shown in the figure below, RP04 is displayed in the value, and it can be judged that the port number connected to the WiFi is 4.

Check the port number of the Bluetooth.

Bluetooth→double click XXX Bluetooth Adapter→Details→Property→Select BIOS device name

As shown in the figure below, HS08 is displayed in the value, and it can be judged that the port number connected to the Bluetooth is 7.

Enter BIOS to disable the corresponding port

Press the power button and press Delete continuously to enter into BIOS Setting menu.

Disable the WiFi corresponding port

Select Chipset→PCH-IO Configuration→PCI Express Configuration→PCI Express Root Port 4→PCI Express Root Port 4→Select Disable

(If the port seen in the device manager is not 4, please select another corresponding port.)

Disable the bluetooth corresponding port.

Then go to Save & Exit -> Save Changes and Exit -> Enter and select Yes to complete this setting. or press F4 Save & Exit.

3.Quieter 2 series, PCG02 AND WiFi module is Realtek 8821CE、Intel AC7265 or Intel AC3165

Go to Device Manager to check the port numbers for Bluetooth and WiFi.

Press the Windows key + R key on the keyboard.

In the Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc and press the Enter key.

Check the port number of the WiFi.

As shown in the figure below, RP02 is displayed in the value, and it can be judged that the port number connected to the WiFi is 2.

Check the port number of the Bluetooth.

Disable the corresponding ports for Bluetooth and WiFi in the BIOS.

Press the power button and press Delete continuously to enter into BIOS Setting menu.

Disable the WiFi corresponding port.

Disable the bluetooth corresponding port.

Then go to Save & Exit -> Save Changes and Exit -> Yes to complete this setting. or press F4 Save & Exit.

After properly closing the ports in the BIOS, the bluetooth and WiFi devices are no longer visible in the device manager.
