When you encounter these issues during startup: After pressing the power button, the power indicator turns blue, but the PC remains on the Intel logo screen without entering the operating system, or the monitor shows no display. Pressing the power button again will turn the power indicator red.

   (1) stuck on the logo

  (2) no display / black screen

This issue usually occurs because the monitor is not ready during startup, causing the PC to fail to recognize the monitor's EDID information.

After repeated testing, we have confirmed that delaying the PC’s EDID reading can prevent this issue.

Here are the specific steps :

Step1: Press the power button and immediately press F7 repeatedly to enter the boot menu, then select “Enter Setup” to access the BIOS.
(Or press the
Delete key repeatedly immediately after pressing the power button to enter the BIOS settings)

Step2: Go to Advanced → Customer Exclusive Functions → HDMI Delay, and then set the EDID read delay time to 10 seconds.

Step3:Press F4 to quickly save and exit.

(Or go to Save & Exit → Save Changes and Exit → Yes to save the changes and exit.)

The required delay time varies depending on the monitor.
For example, a
SAMSUNG monitor may require a 2-second delay,an AOC monitor a 5-second delay,and a Redmi monitor a 10-second delay.
